The grand finale of this year’s CPS&IoT Academy took place on March 19, 2025, in the inspiring setting of Upbeat Hub, where enthusiasm and teamwork merged with the excitement of a competitive atmosphere.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to present their innovative project assignments before a distinguished jury composed of Academy mentors and lecturers, competing for the title of the best project.
First place was awarded to the team consisting of Anđela Pantović, Anđela Iković, Milica Vušanović, and Milica Rajčić, who excelled with their project titled “A System for Arrhythmia Detection Based on the Use of Poincaré Plot.” Their thorough research, clarity in presentation, and precise answers to numerous mentor questions secured them a well-deserved victory.
Special recognition was given to the team that presented their work on “Integration of an ECG Device Based on ESP32 with AI Systems for Medical Diagnosis.” This team, composed of Azra Rastoder, Dubravka Šćekić, and Stanka Mišeljić, demonstrated exceptional dedication through a thorough analysis and high-quality seminar work. Their effort and expertise left a strong impression on the jury.
Innovative Individual Contribution: Anes Beriša, from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, stood out with his enthusiasm and dedication to CPS&IoT systems, presenting a conceptual project in the field of precision agriculture. His vision was recognized and supported by the Academy’s lecturers, who offered guidance for the further development of his idea.
Certificates and Recognitions: All participants proudly received the CPS&IoT Academy certificate, carrying 2 ECTS credits, while lecturers were awarded certificates for their contribution to the implementation and realization of the Academy’s program.
